Since 2015, Her Power Moves events have been hosted by Michelle in cities across the country from Dallas-Fort Worth, TX to Washington, DC to Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Each event has been curated to meet the distinct needs of the local area’s women in business–solopreneurs, side hustlers, network marketers–you know, women like YOU!
In 2018, Michelle decided to focus on creating regularly scheduled Her Power Moves [Un]Networking events around Broward County, FL, in an effort to create environments for women to Connect, Collaborate and Create Cashflow, Unapologetically! Each event being hosted in a local brick and mortar business owned by a woman.
Her Power Moves is a lifestyle where women come together online and offline to share resources, encourage one another, create joint venture relationships and become referral sources and customers for one another.

Who is Michelle?
Over the past seven years Michelle Y. Talbert has helped hundreds of women improve their lives and businesses through her podcasts and workshops.
Her connections and vast business network have created massive opportunities, ranging from an invitation from The Obama White House to speaking on stages across the country. Michelle is a contributor to Black Enterprise magazine and has contributed to numerous publications on social issues, technology and business topics. Michelle has been featured in Forbes, EBONY, The Washington Post, and USA Today.
Michelle launched her first podcast, Dust Off Your Dream, in 2008 and since then has spoken at numerous podcasting and social media conferences on the benefits of podcasting, networking and mentorship for women in business.
She’s a graduate of Cornell University and the University of Pennsylvania School of Law and holds a Certificate in Business Policy and Management from the Wharton School of Business, all achieved while raising her two school-aged children as a divorced, single mom.
Michelle is passionate about helping women speak their truths and live as their most authentic selves. She hosts networking masterminds and goal-setting intensives for women in business around the country with her flagship Brand Her Power Moves – Broward based in South Florida. Michelle lives and loves in Broward County, FL.
