In addition to an extensive library of existing trainings, each month you will have live coaching and consulting in a group setting, with optional one-on-one coaching opportunities, with specialists trained and vetted in specific areas of business such as law, finance, systems & operations, marketing and sales.
Each week there will be dedicated time for you to apply any new tactics, along with opportunities to get feedback from other members of the community, focused on your challenges.

Michelle is a relationship marketing strategist and coworking space founder. Sheβs been featured in Forbes, EBONY and other major publications.
In January 2020, she opened Her Power Space, a Woman forward, Men welcoming boutique coworking space and virtual office near Fort Lauderdale, FL, focused on providing business resources for solopreneurs and side hustlers.
Michelle has spent over 35 years studying personal and professional development, BUT none of her accomplishments would've been possible without IMPLEMENTING what she's learned and curating a POWERFUL COMMUNITY OF OTHER DYNAMIC & DRIVEN WOMEN around her!
As a divorced single mom, and after almost a decade of community college, Michelle graduated from Cornell University and received her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania, with a business certificate from Wharton. In June 2021 Michelle completed the Bank of America/Cornell Womenβs Entrepreneurship Certificate.
Michelle is a Business Advisor for the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women Business Program and a Black Girl Ventures Fellow.
Each month Michelle curates safe spaces and hosts events for 40 and over Black+ women solopreneurs and side hustlers, so they can lay down their capes and get the business support they need.
